Jean Maillet

 

    Jean Maillet, 51 of Sainte-Anne de Kent and formerly of Acadieville, passed away accidently Saturday April 2nd, 2011 in Bouctouche. Born in Rexton on January 6, 1960, he was the son of the late Emery and the late Yvonne (Richard) Maillet.

Jean was presently working for Warren’s as a mechanic.

He will be sadly missed by his two children, Amy (her friend Derek) and Colin, and the mother of his children Alice Robichaud. He also leaves to mourn four sisters, Simonne Pellerin (Eugène), of Notre-Dame, Irène Martin (Late Jean-Yves) of Van Buren, MA, Évéline Mitton (James) of Lakeville, Aline LeBouthillier (Rhéal) of Acadieville, six brothers, Camille (Germaine) of Notre-Dame, Emile (Stella) of Saint-Thomas, Antoine (Francine) of Breau Village, Rhéal (Odette) and Adrien (Ella) both of Acadieville, Armand (Yvette) of Murray Settlement, and one sister-in-law Noella Maillet of Rogersville, and several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by his parents and one brother Gérald.

Visitations will be held at the Immaculée-Conception Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Acadieville from Wednesday April 6th, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Thursday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Acadieville Church on Thursday April 7th, 2011 at 11:00 am with internment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
