The death of Cécile Richard of Winslow Street, Saint John,
occurred suddenly at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday, May 11, 2008.
Originally from Acadieville, NB she was born on October 25, 1958
to Thérèse (Doiron) Richard and the late Léo Richard. Cécile worked at the Saint
John Regional Hospital as a ward clerk in the Hostel Unit. She was a loving
mother to her daughter, Natasha Richard. Besides her daughter, Natasha, Cécile
is survived by eight siblings, Robert Richard (Ginette), Léo-Paul Richard
(Mary), Monique Daigle (Vincent), Camille Richard (Susan), Aline McGraw
(Joanne), Edgar Richard (Jeannette), Bella Arsenault (Yvon) and Denise Babin
(Paul); two godchildren, Tammy Skelding and Nicholas Brien; special friend,
Raymond Smith and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of the Assumption, Roman
Catholic Church on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 12 noon. Interment will take place
in Holy Cross Cemetery. A reception will follow the interment at the Assumption
Centre. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the NB Lung Association
or the charity of the donor's choice.
